1000 HR Cosmetology Program Hybrid On-Campus

The Cosmetology Operator Program is a 6-10 month course that consists of every bit of beauty and cosmo. With a cosmetologist license you learn a bit of everything; barbering, cutting hair, highlights, waxing, facials, makeup and nails. All of which is within your scope of practice. Here at Elegance, we prepare you with the best opportunities to grow in each of these categories. Our students work with hands-on practice and instruction. As customers walk in, students learn how to meet, greet, and service their clients. Don’t know which area of expertise you want to focus on? No worries! We help with that too.

NOTE: If you enroll as a In-person Cosmetologist Operator, you will be given the Barber 300-crossover program at NO charge once you graduate from our facility, Conditions apply.

The Cross-Over Program is a 300 hour, one phase course where the student studies on a need to know basis. Because both the cosmetology and barber courses are similar, the instructor begins with a review of what they learned in their barber course. The student, then, gets to focus on what he/she needs to achieve in order to pass their cosmetology state exam.
