Elegance Barber & Styling Academy make-up Certification

In this Make-up 3 day class a student will go over skin prep, base, eyes, brows, conturing, blush, highlighting, and lips. The  3 days will be broken down in 3 parts;

Day 1:

The first day we will go over different skin types and how we will prep the face depending on there skin. For an example there are individuals with dry, oily, or even a combination of both and that will determine the products you will use. We will also go into detail of the anatomy of the face to give a in depth understanding of your base. And go over the different type of skin tones & shade to find a clients perfect match when it comes to foundation.

Day 2:

On the second day we will go over eye shadow and how to achieve the perfect smoky eye effect and different tips and tricks to help you along the way. We will also go over some designs and rhinestones that you can apply to a clients eye shadow. Also we will be going over brows and how to color match & shade in a clients eyebrows. And also understanding the brow shaping & arching.

Day 3:

On the third day we will go over conturing, and the different types of facial shapes. After understanding what facial shape an individual has the instructor will go over the correct shade to contour the face with. Then moving on to blush & highlighter and there placements after contouring. Once the full face is completed the instructor will go over lipstick, Lip liner, Lip tints, and ombre lips. At the end of the class students will work on a live model to demonstrate what they have learned the last 3 days. Once students finish they will be awarded a certificate.
